The Cutbank features our signature flared handle with a rounded-out choil, allowing you to choke up on the grip for ultimate control.

A Blade That Rocks

The Cutbank’s blade resembles a modified Wharncliffe, with a slight belly on the blade geometry. This belly provides just the right amount of rocking motion to guide you through your cutting board motions.

It's just as thick as our standard Speedgoat knives, with a flat utility grind all around.

    Been waiting on this one...

    Been waiting for this one for quite a while to complete my MKC culinary set and it didn't disappoint. Only problem is that I had to get black when the rest of my set is red handles because I couldn't login in time. I asked MKC if there's a way to replace the handle and they said no. Even though it's out of place in my set it's still a great knife.

    The perfect fit

    Great little knife
