Bought this for my son who is an avid barbecue/smoker chef. He absolutely loves it and uses it extensively! He is a Master Sergeant in the USAF and often cooks for his group. This knife is used daily. I also got him an MKC tee shirt to go with it!

Honestly I was hesitant on buying this knife at first because of the hefty price. But with MKC's warranty and Amazing quality in this knife once I had it in my hand I have no regrets!
I love this knife! I love to BBq. And this chefs knife glided thru some baby back ribs I cooked for 6 hours. I can't wait to use it on my pork tenderloin and brisket I I will be cooking this weekend. Also it will be perfect for when I need to cook at camp when I'm out there in the forest.
Love this knife! It's like cutting meat with a razor blade! Also a huge meat church fan!

The Meat Church has become my “Go To” knife in the kitchen. It has replaced my Zwilling Henkles pro series Chef knife as my absolute favorite work horse in the kitchen. I liked it so much. I got a second one specifically for camping & other trips… the function, ergonomics, fit & finish are absolutely outstanding!
